Efforts to level up the country and devolve more powers to local government should continue following the General Election, a think-tank has urged.

The Centre for Cities’ annual Cities Outlook report found 18 cities were less productive in 2021 than 2010, with even traditionally strong performers such as Cambridge, Milton Keynes and London struggling.
