These Terms are governed English law and the English Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Advertising

Advertising opportunities are available on the site, defined as time based advertising. These take the form of banners, skyscraper and tile advertisements running across the site. Banners and tiles on the site display a number of different advertisements on a rotating basis. The terms of time-based advertising are as set out in the sales order.

Positioning of tile advertisements on the site and associated products is at Hemming Group Limited’s discretion.

Hemming Group Limited does not warrant the date or dates of insertion of the advertisement(s) and does not warrant that the advertisement(s) will not be displayed after the end date specified. However, Hemming Group Limited will use reasonable efforts to comply with customer’s request in this regard. Upon termination of this agreement, Hemming Group Limited will uninstall the customer’s advertisement, and terminate the hyperlink to customer’s advertised site.

If at any time during your use of the site, you made a misrepresentation of fact to Hemming Group Limited or otherwise misled Hemming Group Limited in regards to the nature of your business activities, Hemming Group Limited will have grounds to terminate your use of the site.

Privacy

Information we collect from our customers and users of our websites may be used in the following ways.

1. Subscription Services

Personal information provided as part of the registration/subscription process for any publication, product or service is used to manage your access and to enable us to provide a better service.

2. Payment details

Any information provided by you in connection with any transaction regarding your credit or debit card numbers, expiry date and billing or delivery address will be used by World Pay to process the transaction.  Hemming Group Limited does not store credit card details.

3. Contact details

We will use contact details provided by you as part of any registration process (i.e. your name, job title, telephone and fax number and your e-mail and postal addresses) to provide any product or services requested by you and also to tell you about important changes to relevant registration/subscription services and their functionality.

Contact details will be used by Hemming Group Limited to provide you with information about other services and products which may interest you and be disclosed to third party businesses and advertisers for the same purpose only if you have given us permission to do so.

4. Voluntary information

We may ask for further information about you as part of online surveys or if you enter any competition or other promotional feature. This information will be used to enable us to improve the relevant publication, product or service and may also be disclosed to other companies as specified in the relevant promotion.

5. Statistical information

Aggregate statistical information provided by us to our advertisers or others regarding sales or website usage will not include personally identifying information.

8. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the site. The tool uses cookies which are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the site (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors' use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for the Hemming Group.

We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither we, nor Google, will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifiable information from any source, unless you explicitly submit that information via a fill-in form on our website.
