Doncaster MBC mayor, Martin Winter, has welcomed a report by former Birmingham City Council legal services director, Stuart Dobson, into the controversial Glass Park project.
Mr Dobson said that while Mayor Winter was involved in the project, ‘the affairs of the trust were well conducted and organised, with proper attention being paid to matters of probity and accountability’.
The report was commissioned earlier this year after concerns were raised over the mayor’s involvement in the project.
