'Trust' key to cyber attack recovery

The leader of one of the London boroughs hit by a cyber attack has stressed the importance of transparency with the public as recovery continues.

It is believed the attack originally hit Kensington and Chelsea LBC, which then impacted on its shared IT services with Westminster City Council and Hammersmith and Fulham LBC.
