Tribal Resourcing

Tribal Resourcing

Tribal Resourcing was established in 1998 as an independent recruitment company with the goal of providing clients with high quality integrated recruitment consulting, advertising and HR strategy.  In May 2001, after four successive years of phenomenal growth, the business merged into Tribal Group plc, a leading UK provider of consulting and professional support services with a number one position in several markets.  Today, we support the growth, activities and success of an increasingly wide range of clients with over 2,500 in the public sector alone.

Integrated approach

Through our network of nine offices across the UK, we now provide an integrated approach to public sector recruitment solutions offering services in:

People make the difference

People - their imagination, versatility, resourcefulness, commitment and ambition - are vital to the success of the organisations they work for.  Organisations stand or fall by the willingness and ability of people to go the extra mile, seize the initiative, think outside the box and make it happen.  People make the difference.

At Tribal, we're dedicated to delivering resourcing solutions to help our clients attract, develop and retain those people, and to ensuring an organisation is in the best shape to meet today's and tomorrow's challenges.

A winning partnership

Partnership with Tribal will bring thinking and solutions beyond the confines of the basic contract specification.  Our quality control and external auditing processes ensure that we remain proactive and focused in our work and committed to cost effectively delivering on your recruitment strategy.  You can also be assured of consistency and continuity throughout the life of the contract - our staff turnover since 1998 is only 2%.

Our approach is to be open, challenging and frank and we are dedicated to working with our clients to deliver best practice, cutting edge resourcing solutions and performance improvements.
