Sector calls for data and evidence to drive fair funding image

The Government should use the best available evidence and most up-to-date data to calculate local authority funding allocations, sector umbrella groups have said.

The groups have used the Government's current fair funding consultation to call for financial protection for any authority losing out from changes to the system.
