'Scant' budget report criticised by peer review

A finance peer review of East Hertfordshire DC has criticised the lack of information in a budget report.

In a Local Government Association review, Andrew Hardingham, a former director of finance at Plymouth City Council, said February's budget report was ‘scant' on detail and could ‘at best be described as a summary'.
