Norfolk withdraws cooperation on LGR over elections debacle image

Norfolk CC's leadership has withdrawn its cooperation with ministers to deliver local government reorganisation (LGR) following Steve Reed's u-turn on postponed elections.

Kay Mason Billig, the county's leader, told fellow Norfolk councillors today: ‘The elections are back on and as a result I can tell you that devolution and LGR are off.
