Birmingham City Council’s chief executive, Stephen Hughes, has earned an Institute of Customer Service (ICS) award.
More than 500 council staff are undertaking the ICS award, and the chief executive hopes others in the authority will now follow his example.
He said: ‘The improvement of customer satisfaction is of vital importance to the council.’
Within the Highways Directorate we are looking to appoint enthusiastic, customer focused and experienced person to join the Service.
