Councils brace for reorganisation push

Six counties in the east of England are expected to be among those at the front of the queue for local government reorganisation, it has been reported.

Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Norfolk, Suffolk and Surrey are all to undergo unitarisation, scrapping the two-tier systems currently in place.
