Charges fears

Corporate manslaughter charges could be brought against Birmingham City Council over the failings, which led to the death of seven-year-old Khyra Ishaq.

Ishaq Abuzaire, the girl’s biological father, has revealed he is considering legal action. He claims the authority is guilty of ‘gross negligence’.
