World-wide coverage for ballot

Birmingham City Council is to present live online coverage of this year’s local and general election, including live blogs, video footage and the results as they come in on 6 and 7 May.

On the night of 6 May, viewers from around the world will be able to keep up with Birmingham’s general election results on www.birminghamnewsroom.com.

Next day (7 May), all 40 local election results/declarations will be aired live, with accompanying blogs and statistical results, as they happen.
