Watchdog warning over Moray's funding gap

Moray Council must act quickly to shore up its finances, Audit Scotland has warned.

Audit Scotland found in its latest audit report that the council’s improvement modernisation programme was ‘unlikely to deliver the scale of transformation required’ to close its ‘significant’ funding gap.
