Tameside rejects shortlisted candidates to replace Stewart

Crisis-hit Tameside MBC has decided not to proceed with any of the applicants it had shortlisted to become its next chief executive.

Oldham will continue to share its chief executive Harry Catherall while the search for a new boss continues, eight months after the resignation of Sandra Stewart.
