Suffolk whistleblowers’ policy
Suffolk whistleblowers’ policy
A new whistleblowers policy has been adopted by Suffolk Coastal DC, reinforcing its commitment to the highest-possible standards of ‘openness, integrity and accountability’.
The policy aims to ensure anyone working for the council feels they can raise concerns about an alleged injustice, malpractice or serious wrongdoing within the organisation in complete confidence.
Beacon holders band together
Five local authorities handed Beacon status for their asset-management systems have joined forces to organise an information seminar in Birmingham.
Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire CC’s, Ashford DC, Leeds City Council and Rotherham MBC will use the national seminar on 20 June to promote best practice.
