Despite extreme pressures on finances and staffing, public sector services must primarily become digital in everything they do, according to a new report from Socitm.

The public sector digital trends 2024 report published today by Socitm – the society for innovation, technology and modernisation –  said AI will start to underpin re-imagined services and revolutionary use of data.
