Reed lobbies Treasury over fiscal devolution

Local government secretary Steve Reed has made the case to the Treasury for devolving fiscal powers ahead of the Budget.

Giving evidence to the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee yesterday, Reed said he had ‘always been an advocate' of fiscal devolution.
