Rayner hints at 'fairer' Right to Buy

Deputy prime minister Angela Rayner has hinted at incoming curbs on Right to Buy at the Labour Party Conference.

In her speech at the event in Liverpool, she spoke of instigating a ‘council housing revolution' as the answer to what she described as a ‘housing emergency'.
