Nutrient neutrality plan won't unblock building, warn housebuilders

Labour's proposals to address the issue of nutrient neutrality will fail to unblock the construction of more than 160,000 homes, the home building industry in England and Wales has warned.

Last year a report by peers concluded environmental regulations were holding back housebuilding.
