The Hastings Neighbourhood Board (HNB) has formally submitted its long-term regeneration plan to the Government for approval.

Aimed at guiding development over the next decade, the plan outlines a vision for investment across Hastings in infrastructure, housing, community facilities and public spaces.

The submission follows a period of local consultation, during which residents were invited to share ideas on how to allocate up to £20m under the Pride in Place funding.

According to HNB, the proposals reflect community priorities — including improved green spaces, enhanced transport infrastructure, and projects that strengthen local neighbourhoods.

The board says it now awaits formal confirmation from Government before moving to the next stage.
