We provide management, commercial and engineering expertise to a wide range of organisations in the public sector and regulated industries.
Our dedicated Government Services team is focused on building long term partnerships with local government clients in property, regeneration and housing, and includes our Building Schools for the Future (BSF) partnership initiative.
Property and housing
We have a portfolio of long term managed service property contracts with Local Authority clients, including County Councils in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Kent, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Islington and Haringey and the London Boroughs of Havering.
We deliver a wide range of services for these clients, including:
  • strategic asset management
  • estates management
  • design
  • maintenance
We also have a long-term housing contract, Hackney Homes.
Regeneration
We’re part of four strategic partnerships with local government in Liverpool, Knowsley, Rochdale and Oldham.
The joint ventures deliver a range of services including property, highways, ICT, payroll, customer services, HR, accounting, housing benefits, revenues and business process re-engineering.
These services are often focused on the Council's wider strategic objectives around job creation, service transformation and customer-focused shared services.
