More than £2m needed to sort Welsh recycling scheme

Senior Denbighshire CC members will be asked to plough more than £2m into a recycling scheme that has led to ‘unacceptable' numbers of missed collections.

Since the local authority's Trollibocs system was rolled out three months ago, it has cost more than £640,000 than forecast.
