Michael Gove's local council warns of potential bankruptcy

The local council of levelling up secretary Michael Gove has become the latest authority to warn it is at risk of going bankrupt.

Surrey Heath BC, where Mr Gove has been the local MP since 2005, warned that its financial collapse could come in as little as two years.
