Mayors meet to hear growth plans

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has summoned his party’s newly-elected mayors for a meeting to detail his plans for economic growth.

The summit will take place later today in the West Midlands, where Richard Parker unseated Conservative Andy Street in elections earlier this month.
