London mayor calls for Right to Buy devolution image

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan has called on the Government to devolve control over Right to Buy to the capital.

But his comments suggested he wanted the Greater London Authority to have a role in the scheme rather than be fully handed down to boroughs.
