Local growth plans must show benefit to communities

Experts have urged strategic authorities (SA) to ensure their blueprints for local growth ‘do more than pursue economic indicators'.

PwC said SAs' Local Growth Plans, which were introduced by the Government in its English Devolution White Paper last year, need to detail how communities will benefit from growth.
