Leader's doubts over Kent reorganisation

Kent CC's Reform UK leader has thrown the region's reorganisation proposals into doubt following her opening speech to the council.

Linden Kemkaran, who has taken up the reins of leadership following Reform's local election victory, expressed doubts over joint proposals to create new unitary authorities.
