The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) is reportedly planning to launch an investigation into two former senior officers at stricken Woking BC.

Former chief executive Ray Morgan and former section 151 officer Leigh Clarke are understood to be facing the probe following the financial collapse of the Surrey borough, according to The Guardian.
