Epsom & Ewell BC has ‘retained legal expert support' as it considers suing the former operator of a leisure centre handed over needing repairs.

A confidential decision notice authorised by director of housing, environment and regeneration, Victoria Potts, seen by The MJ, said the council would ‘seek recovery' from previous operator GLL for some ‘issues' at Rainbow Leisure Centre, which is now run by People for Places Leisure.
