Dover issues s114 warning over funding withdrawal

A council could be at risk of issuing a section 114 notice if it is left to shoulder the costs of port biosecurity checks.

Dover Port Health Authority, which is part of Dover DC, is responsible for imported food, infectious diseases and public health controls arriving from abroad.
