Coloured vision

Coloured vision Birmingham City Council has gained an ‘amber-green’ government assessment in a review of the partnership performance for 2005/06. Its strategic partnership was awarded the score by the Government Office for the West Midlands after city-wide efforts to regenerate many of Birmingham’s most deprived neighbourhoods showed a dramatic improvement.
