Birmingham City Council has celebrated winning the British Council for Offices refurbished/recycled workplace award for 1 Lancaster Circus.
The workplace was transformed from a tired building, falling into disrepair, to a modern, fit-for-purpose working environment.
The transformation supports the local authority’s programme on the issue, and has enabled better service delivery, the city council claimed.
