Cash needed for next-stage Total Place deals

A funding stream should be created to drive the second iteration of Total Place, a report has argued.

The report by Labour think-tank the Future Governance Forum and consultancy Metro Dynamics said combined authority trailblazer deals should ‘be at the vanguard' of new Total Place deals – the integrated public service pilots of the last Labour Government.
