Birmingham City Council is behind the launch of a new neighbourhood academy.
The academy is a partnership between the council, the University of Birmingham, West Midlands Police and Fire Service, DCLG and key voluntary and community groups.
The aim is to offer training and development for community groups, residents and public sector workers with a ‘learning through doing’ approach.
