Breaking: Epping asylum hotel injunction overturned

Breaking: Epping asylum hotel injunction overturned image

A temporary injunction banning use of the Bell Hotel in Epping to accommodate asylum seekers has been overturned.

Lord Justice Bean allowed appeals by the hotel owner and Home Office, and set aside the injunction at the Court of Appeal this afternoon.
