£1m fund to fight city gangs

A £1m crackdown on gangs has been launched in London, greater Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham by the Government.
Neighbourhoods in the four cities will be targeted with undercover operations and surveillance against gang members, increased police visibility and safe houses for victims and witnesses.
