£110m investment package

Birmingham City Council is expected to approve a £110m package of investment in its 18,000 council homes.

A report to cabinet members on 26 February will detail plans to upgrade the insulation and energy efficiency of tower blocks and other council properties with the work awarded to contractors Wates group, G F Tomlinson Building Ltd, and Thomas Vale Construction plc.
