Rules change proposed to boost social housing supply

Changes to financial rules that could unlock funds for council investment in social housing are to be put before ministers.

Proposals to help meet demand for properties are being drawn up by the vice chair of the Special Interest Group of Municipal Authorities (SIGOMA), Graham Chapman.
