LGR will have 'failed' if frontline services suffer

Local government reorganisation (LGR) will be judged a failure if frontline services are negatively impacted.

The warning came from Geoff Tucker, business development director for local authority trading company Norse Group, during a session at The MJ's Future Forum in Hertfordshire.
