Hillingdon facing possibility of s114

Hillingdon LBC has been warned it faces the possibility of having to issue a section 114 notice if its finances aren't brought into line.

The London borough last night agreed its budget for the coming financial year but will need to make savings of £34m despite only averaging annual cost reductions of £10m since 2010.
