Future Forum: Unitary workers 'grieving' loss of districts

North Northamptonshire Council chief executive Adele Wylie has urged those involved in reorganisation to act with ‘kindness' and avoid rancour.

She said workers at the unitary council were ‘grieving' for dissolved district authorities four years after reorganisation following resistance to the process.
