Editors in Wales have issued a warning over the Welsh Government’s plans to stop council tax notices being published in local newspapers. 

They warned the ‘dangerous provision’ in the Local Government Finance (Wales) Bill could be detrimental for democracy and would hit local newspaper revenue.
