Skills England 'needs time to prove itself'

The agency created by the Government to boost post-16 skills in England needs at least a year to show whether it will be effective, a prominent educationalist has told The MJ.

Chair of the Lifelong Education Institute, Dame Ann Limb, said Skills England should start as soon as possible to coordinate bodies involved in creating a trained workforce.
