Reorganisation expected to end council partnership

Local government reorganisation will likely end a collaboration between two local authorities in the Midlands.

The leader of Staffordshire Moorlands DC has indicated the successful strategic alliance between his council and High Peak BC, which started in 2008, was likely to end with reorganisation.
