A Reform MP has claimed the party would offer Havering a referendum on leaving London to join Essex if it formed the next government.
Romford MP Andrew Rosindell, who defected to Nigel Farage's party from the Conservatives earlier this year, said the London borough's residents would get a choice on remaining part of London or joining Essex as a ‘self-governing unitary authority'.
