Central government reforms are needed to help innovation in preventative services at a local level, a report has found.
The Institute for Government (IFG) think-tank and charity UK Youth found that, while the Conservative Government had put prevention at the fore of its productivity push and Labour has promised a ‘prevention first revolution,’ years of cuts had taken their toll locally.
