Mayor launches legal case against own council

Newham LBC mayor Rokhsana Fiaz has launched a legal claim against her own council.

The MJ understands the case, which has a preliminary hearing today, is related to sexual and racial discrimination, but details of the closed tribunal have yet to emerge.
