In July 2022, Government announced the new Household Support Fund making £421 million available to County Councils and Unitary Authorities in England to support residents in need of help due to significantly rising household living costs. This fund is available up until 30 September 2022 and Local Authorities have discretion on exactly how it can be utilised.

Millions of households in England lack basic household essentials, are desperately in need of them but cannot afford them. These items include energy efficient cookers, fridges and washing machines, tables to eat on, chairs to sit on and mattresses to sleep on. These households could benefit from the fund and we can help Local Authorities to provide this help.

C Supplies Ltd - www.csupplies.co.uk - is the national market leader in the supply, delivery and installation of basic household essential goods to low income and vulnerable households and we work in partnership with over 70 national charities, credit unions and major energy companies in helping needy householders.

We would like to invite Local Councils in England to contact us to discuss opportunities to work in partnership in supplying basic household essentials through the Household Support Fund.
