Epping Forest suffers legal blow

Epping Forest DC has remained defiant in its opposition to use of The Bell Hotel for asylum accommodation despite a further legal setback.

The council's application to the Court of Appeal for permission to appeal to the Supreme Court has been refused, it was confirmed yesterday.
