Chief executives and leaders have been invited to three in-person regional workshops as the District Councils' Network (DCN) looks to ‘evolve' amid impending local government reorganisation.

It comes after DCN chair Richard Wright insisted he foresaw a future for DCN despite Government efforts to replace districts with unitary authorities.
